What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy uses essential oils and volatile plant oils to facilitate wellbeing in the mind, body and spirit. As the essence of a plant, essential oil is beneficial in providing benefits psychologically and physically, when used correctly. Essential oils can also be blended to produce more complex and appealing aromas with combined benefits to the client. Some oils are used as topical applications when used in a carrier oil; while others are inhaled to gain the most benefit.
