Himalayan Singing Bowl Machine Made Buddha Eyes
There is a trinity of Tibetan spiritual sound objects used for healing:
the Singing Bowls, the Ganta and the Tingsha’s.
The Bowls emit a quieting, centering energy
The Ganta (bell) a motivating and unifying influence;
the Tingsha’s stimulate energy fields and initiate the healing process. They are also used for diagnostic purposes.
What is a singing bowl?
It is commonly accepted that everything in our Universe emits vibrations and each and every particle (whether living or inanimate) does so at each own natural frequency. A healthy living being has a vast array of frequencies simultaneously emitted in a balanced manner. Chemical changes in an unhealthy body cause these frequencies to be unbalanced.
Sound is vibration and conversely vibration is sound. Vibration is energy and conversely energy is vibration, therefore sound is energy and energy is sound.
When struck or played, a Himalayan singing bowl emits rich tones that echo natures perfect harmonics which can penetrate our entire being redressing these imbalances on all planes; physical, emotional and spiritual.
Authentic Himalayan singing bowls are meticulously hand made from blended alloy, comprising of up to seven metals, the combination of which date back centuries.
According to tradition, a Himalayan singing bowl is made of seven metals: one metal for each of the planets:
Gold for the Sun
Silver for the Moon
Mercury for Mercury
Copper for Venus
Iron for Mars
Tin for Jupiter
Lead for Saturn
Due to the modern-day costs of materials, these bowls are now generally made from 5-metals, with gold and silver no longer being used.
Each of these metals create its own sound, including harmonics and together all of these sounds produce the exceptional singing sound of the bowl. Each bowl produces its own unique sound, because of the different quantities of these metals in each bowl.
The metals also correspond to the 7 major chakras found on the human body and therefore each bowl is attuned to a particular chakra. Therefore the sound created by making the bowl sings, will balance the chakras and cleanse the aura.
Each of the seven metals vibrates at their own frequencies which corresponds to the bodies own natural “healthy” vibration.
“…you can always talk about sound but in the end it is one’s own personal experience of sound that is the real way in – first to the sound itself and from there, into the inner being. Where, in the heart of the labyrinth, there are many, many worlds to be found and you can recognize them all if you learn to differentiate between the different sounds of a singing bowl – if you listen closely!”
