Why have an individual meditation class?
From time to time some people have a very specific need, such as dealing with grief; overcoming anxiety and nervous disorders; emotional trauma; during or after a nervous breakdown; depression; or simply wanting to learn a particular breathing or meditation technique. In such instances we do offer one-on-one meditation classes. Each instance will be discussed beforehand to determine if this is appropriate or whether a group session would be preferable.
