Avoid nicotine, alcohol and caffeine the day prior to the day of the course. Avoid pork and foods high in sugar and preservatives. Wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing, made from natural fibres, such as cotton, silk or wool. Have breakfast before arriving.

You are now a Reiki Level 1 practitioner. The attunements are permanent. Drink plenty of water and eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. A 21 day cleanse is undertaken which entails avoiding caffeine, alcohol, pork, and give yourself a Reiki treatment every day for the next 21 days. This will seal the Reiki energy and align you with this wonderful gift of healing vibration and energy.
Reiki II Advancement: There is a minimum 21-day period between Reiki I and Reiki II. This is not an open class, but a class to be applied for. There is normally a 3-month waiting period between Reiki I and Reiki II.
