Courses and Classes in Sonesha Meditation Level 1 

Sonesha Meditation Level 1 is structured so that you will learn the tools and techniques to meditate safely and efficiently, in order to empower yourself, find balance and remove blockages to move forward with your life!

You will learn and experience a combination of over twenty (20) techniques and styles in Sonesha Meditation Level 1. Sonesha Meditation Level 1 is a one and a half hour class once a week for twelve (12) weeks.

The tools and techniques that were learned in the class then have to be practiced throughout the week, in your own time. Practice makes perfect and effort equals benefit! This is not hard and you have time to take notes in the class and experience the technique. The classes are kept small enough to make sure that participants receive individual attention. There is ample time to discuss what you experienced, where the blockages might have been and enough time for questions and answers. Also, if you experience any hiccups throughout the week with any technique learned, you can certainly contact us to discuss it in order for you to be able to move on to the new techniques the following week.

If you would like to attend the classes, but are unable to make the mentioned dates and times, let us know. More class dates and times will become available as the demand arises. Please contact us to express your interest.

If for any reason you cannot attend one of the classes on a particular day in level one, you can catch up with a class held on a different day or we can reschedule the class and let the other participants move on to the following week too.

Sonesha Meditation Level 1

$350 (if paid in full), or 2 part-payments of $200 each by arrangement (Total $400), or  seven payments of $60 each by arrangement (Total $420) including handouts, and certificate.
