Yoga means union. It focuses on the union between mind, body and breath. Yoga assists in relieving anxieties, fears and stress while developing confidence, tolerance and optimism.

Sonette qualified as a Yoga Instructor in Rishikesh, India. There she had the opportunity to become an Instructor in several styles of Asana including Chakra Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Karma Yoga, and more.
Sonette is offering classes in several styles of yoga on different days and times.
Sonette is qualified to train Yoga Instructors and will soon be offering courses in this. Expressions of interest are welcome.
